Feedback & Surveys templates

A good survey asks one clear question, then asks why. These free survey templates follow that pattern for customers, users and employees, so every score arrives with the reason behind it.

Pick the template that matches what you want to measure. Customer satisfaction, loyalty and product experience each need a different question, and mixing them in one survey makes the answers harder to act on.

Which survey template should you send?

How to get honest, useful survey answers

Send it while the moment is fresh

Satisfaction surveys work best within a day of the interaction. A week later, people remember less and answer fewer questions.

Keep the score and the reason together

Follow every rating with one open question. A score tells you something changed; the comment tells you what to fix.

Leave out names when you can

For employee surveys, skip name and email questions. People answer workload and culture questions more honestly when they are not identified.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between CSAT and NPS?

CSAT measures how satisfied someone was with one interaction, usually on a five-point scale. NPS asks how likely they are to recommend you, on a 0 to 10 scale, and measures loyalty over time. Use CSAT after events and NPS every few months.

How many questions should a customer satisfaction survey have?

Three to five. One rating, one open question about why, and one or two about the specific experience. Short surveys get more replies and more thoughtful answers.

Can I see survey results without exporting them?

Yes. Reuily charts the answers to every rating and choice question, and you can filter responses by date or answer. Export to CSV or Google Sheets when you need the raw data.
