What should a peer evaluation form include?
The project and teammate's name, ratings for contribution, reliability, communication, quality and teamwork, their share of the work, one strength and one improvement.
Can students see each other's answers?
No. Responses go to your account only. Share results with each student yourself if you want them to see their feedback.
How do I use it for a whole group?
Ask each student to fill it out once per teammate, then send responses to Google Sheets and average the scores for each person.
