Frequently asked questions
What questions are included in the NPS Survey?
It asks customers how likely they are to recommend you on a scale from 0 to 10, why they chose that score, and what could improve their experience.
How do I interpret NPS responses?
Scores of 9 or 10 are promoters, 7 or 8 are passives, and 0 through 6 are detractors. Subtract the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters to calculate NPS.
When should I send the NPS Survey?
Use it after onboarding, at regular customer checkpoints, or each quarter to track loyalty and account health over time.
