Education & Research templates
Education and research forms need structured answers you can compare. Rating scales, consistent questions and clear screening make it possible to see patterns across a class or a group of participants.
These templates help you evaluate a course, recruit and screen research participants, and test knowledge with a quiz that marks itself.
Which template fits your study or class?
- True or False Quiz TemplateA self-grading quiz with a pass mark. People see their score when they finish.
- Course Evaluation Form TemplateA course evaluation survey on objectives, pacing and teaching, ready for the end of a term or workshop.
- User Research Survey TemplateScreen participants by behaviour and invite the right people to interviews.
Tips for better research and course feedback
Use the same scale throughout
Keep one rating scale across questions so you can compare answers. Switching between five and ten points makes results harder to read.
Screen before you recruit
Ask behaviour questions first, then show the interview invitation only to people who fit, using Flows.
Let the quiz do the marking
Mark the correct answers and set a pass mark. Reuily scores every attempt and shows each person their result.
Frequently asked questions
What questions should a course evaluation include?
Whether the learning objectives were met, whether the pace felt right, how useful the materials were, and one open question about what to change. Ask while the course is still fresh.
Can I run an anonymous research survey?
Yes. Leave out questions that identify people, such as name and email. If you also want to recruit for interviews, make the contact question optional and say how you will use it.
Does the quiz template grade answers automatically?
Yes. Correct answers earn points, people see their score at the end, and you can set a pass mark to show a different ending to those who pass.
