How do I connect a form to Google Sheets?

    Open Integrations

    Open the form you want to connect, then choose Integrations.

    Choose Google Sheets

    Connect a Google account or select one already available in the workspace.

    Pick a destination

    Choose an existing spreadsheet and tab, or create a new spreadsheet without leaving Reuily.

    Start sending

    Finish setup. Every new response will be added to the selected tab.

What columns will I see in Google Sheets?

Your existing columns stay in place. Reuily adds response columns after them and keeps the header row visible while you scroll.

Submission details

You'll see a unique submission ID and the time each response arrived.

Each form question gets a clearly labeled column, making responses easy to scan and sort.

How do I add previous responses?

Add responses collected earlier

Open your form, go to Integrations, and find the connected Google Sheet. Select the three dot menu in the upper right corner of its card, then choose Add previous responses. You'll see progress on the card while Reuily adds them.

What should I do if syncing stops?

  • Choose Reconnect when the destination says “Reconnect needed.”
  • Reconnect the destination after adding questions to your form, then add previous responses.
  • Confirm that the connected Google account can still edit the spreadsheet.
  • Open View activity to find the response that could not be added.
  • Send a test after reconnecting to confirm the destination is working.

Your form keeps collecting responses

A Google Sheets problem does not block form submissions. Reconnect the account and retry or add previous responses after the issue is fixed.
