## How does the Reuily Google Sheets integration work?

Choose a spreadsheet and tab once, and Reuily adds every new form response automatically. You can also add responses collected before the connection was created.

## How do I connect a form to Google Sheets?

1. Open the form and choose **Integrations**.
2. Choose **Google Sheets**, then connect a Google account or select an available one.
3. Choose an existing spreadsheet and tab, or create a new spreadsheet.
4. Finish setup. Reuily adds every new response to the selected tab.

## What columns will I see?

Reuily preserves existing columns and adds response columns after them. Each row includes a unique submission ID, submission time, and a clearly labeled column for each form question.

## How do I add previous responses?

Open the form's Integrations tab, find the connected Google Sheet, open its three-dot menu, and choose **Add previous responses**. Progress appears on the destination card.

## What should I do if syncing stops?

- Choose **Reconnect** when the destination says reconnect is needed.
- Reconnect after adding questions, then add previous responses.
- Confirm the Google account can still edit the spreadsheet.
- Open **View activity** to find the response that failed.
- Send a test after reconnecting.

A Google Sheets problem does not block form submissions.

## Common questions

### Can I use an existing spreadsheet?

Yes. Choose an existing spreadsheet and tab during setup, or create a new one in Reuily.

### What happens after I add a new form question?

Reconnect the destination so Reuily can update its columns, then backfill earlier responses if needed.
