Quick answer
How do I send form responses to GoHighLevel?
How do I connect GoHighLevel from Reuily?
- 1
Connect HighLevel
Open your form, go to Integrations and choose Connect on HighLevel. Sign in to HighLevel and approve Reuily for a sub-account. You only do this once; every form in the workspace can then use it. - 2
Map your questions
Reuily suggests which questions fill which contact fields, such as email, phone and name. Change any of them, or send a question to one of your custom fields. - 3
Choose what happens
Pick which responses to send, the tags to add, and whether to add a note, a deal or a workflow. Then choose Send to HighLevel.
How do I install Reuily from the GoHighLevel marketplace?
- 1
Install the app
Find Reuily in HighLevel's App Marketplace and install it in a sub-account or for your agency. - 2
Connect it in Reuily
HighLevel sends you to Reuily. Sign in, or create a free account, and choose Connect. HighLevel asks you to confirm the sub-account once more, then it's linked to the workspace you're in. - 3
Send a form's responses
Open a form's Integrations and choose HighLevel to set up its contact fields, tags, deals and workflows.
How do agency sub-accounts work?
Approve Reuily for your agency, and Reuily lists the sub-accounts that have the app installed. Pick the one that should get a form's responses, and connect more whenever you need them.
Each sub-account counts as one connected account. The Free plan includes one, and paid plans connect as many as you need.
What does each contact get?
Choose which responses to send.
Every response
Each new response becomes or updates a contact.
Hot and warm leads
Responses lead mode scores as hot or warm.
Hot leads only
Only responses lead mode scores as hot.
Lead levels come from the answers you mark as a good fit or not a fit in Build, as in the lead generation form template. Connecting a form turns lead mode on. A quiz stays a quiz and sends its score instead.
Each contact can get
- Contact fields
- Answers fill the fields you mapped. A response with the same email or phone updates that contact instead of adding another.
- Tags
- Your own tags, a tag for the answer to any question you pick (rename it if you like), and hot-lead, warm-lead or not-a-fit. Imported responses also get imported-response.
- A note
- The form, the lead level and its reasons, the answers, and a link to the response in Reuily. Turn answers off for sensitive forms.
- Lead and tracking fields
- Fields Reuily adds to your contacts: lead level, lead reasons, quiz score and result, form, response link, UTMs, ad click IDs (Meta, Google, TikTok), referrer and referral code.
- A deal
- Optional. Pick a pipeline and a stage for each lead level, such as hot leads straight to Booked call. A question can set the deal value.
- A workflow
- Optional. Add the contact to a workflow, for everyone or only for some lead levels.
A response needs a mapped email or phone question to become a contact.
Can GoHighLevel workflows react to Reuily?
Yes. Reuily adds these triggers and actions to HighLevel's workflow builder.
Triggers
- Reuily: response submitted
- Someone submits a form that sends to this sub-account.
- Reuily: hot lead
- A response that lead mode scores as hot.
- Reuily: lead dropped off
- A hot lead gave an email or phone, then left without submitting. Pro and up.
Actions
- Send a Reuily form
- Gives the workflow a link to one of your forms, personalized for the contact. Send it by email or SMS, and the response updates that same contact.
- Find a Reuily response
- Looks up the contact's latest response to a form, so later steps can branch on an answer.
- Copy a Reuily form
- Copies one of the forms that send to this sub-account, with the same questions, design, tags and contact fields, and sends the copy's responses here too.
Imported previous responses never start workflows or triggers.
How do I change or remove it?
Open the form's Integrations, choose Manage on HighLevel, then open the destination's menu.
- Change settings
- Edit the field mapping, tags, deal and workflow.
- Send previous responses
- Import responses collected before you connected. They never start workflows or triggers.
- Send a test
- Add a sample contact tagged test-contact.
- Pause
- Stop sending for now.
- Remove
- Stop sending this form's responses to the sub-account.
To disconnect a whole sub-account, first remove HighLevel from every form that sends to it, then use App connections.
Also send responses to Google Sheets or Slack and Discord.
