Frequently asked questions

How is a UGC contract different from an influencer contract?

A UGC creator makes content for the brand to use, often in ads, and doesn't post it to their own audience. So the contract focuses on deliverables, usage rights and likeness instead of posting and reach.

What usage rights should a UGC contract cover?

Where the brand may use the content, such as organic posts, paid ads or product pages, and for how long. The creator picks the channels in the form and the term is set in the agreement.

Can creators send their portfolio with the contract?

Yes. There's an optional portfolio link, and you can add a file upload if you want sample clips attached too.
