Each roommate signs their own copy. This agreement is between the roommates living at the rental address in this form, and is kept on file by [Landlord or housing manager] (the "Manager").
- Rent. I will pay my share of the rent shown in this form by the [day] of each month. This agreement does not change the lease with the Manager.
- Bills. I will pay my share of the shared bills within [number] days of being asked.
- Deposit. Any damage I or my guests cause will come out of my share of the [security deposit].
- Chores and shared spaces. I will do the chores I picked and keep shared spaces clean.
- Quiet hours and guests. I will respect the quiet hours and guest limits in this form.
- Moving out. I will give my roommates and the Manager [number] days written notice before I move out.
- Disputes. We will talk through problems first and ask the Manager for help if we can't agree.
