This agreement is between [Company name] (the "Manager") and the property owner named in this form (the "Owner").
- Appointment. The Owner appoints the Manager to manage the property listed above and provide the services selected in this form.
- Fees. The Manager earns [percent] of rent collected each month, a leasing fee of [amount] for each new tenant, and [other fees].
- Repairs. The Manager may approve repairs up to [amount] without asking first. Larger repairs need the Owner's approval, except emergencies.
- Owner payouts. The Manager sends a statement and the Owner's funds by the [day] of each month and keeps a reserve of [amount].
