- Service and rate. The Company services the pool on the plan selected above at [rate] per [month or visit].
- What's included. Each visit includes testing and balancing water, skimming, brushing, emptying baskets and checking equipment. Standard chemicals are [included or billed separately].
- Repairs. Repairs, parts and green pool cleanups are quoted first and done only with the client's approval.
- Access and pets. The client keeps the gate open or gives the code and keeps pets inside on service days. A missed visit because of no access is still billed.
- Weather. Visits missed for storms or unsafe weather are made up within [number] days.
