Frequently asked questions
What should a pet addendum include?
The approved pet, the pet deposit and pet rent, damage, behavior and waste rules, vaccinations, removal terms and a note on assistance animals.
Can tenants upload their pet's vaccine records?
Yes. Tenants upload vaccination records and a photo of the pet, and both are saved with the signed addendum.
Do I need a separate addendum for each pet?
Send the form once per pet, so each pet has its own signed record in your lease file.
