- Permission. I give the Photographer permission to use photos and video of me from the shoot above, for the uses I selected in this form.
- Editing. The images may be cropped, retouched and combined with other images or text, but not in a way that is defamatory.
- Ownership. The Photographer owns the images. I will not receive further payment beyond what is stated in this form.
- Sensitive uses. The images will not be used to suggest that I endorse a product or hold a view I do not hold without asking me first.
- Minors. If the model is under 18, I am their parent or legal guardian and I sign on their behalf.
- Term. This release has no end date unless I revoke it in writing for future uses.

Frequently asked questions
When do I need a model release form?
Whenever you publish, sell or advertise with images where a person can be recognized, especially for stock, ads and brand work. Personal and editorial use often needs less.
Can the model choose how images are used?
Yes. Models tick the uses they allow, such as social media, advertising or stock, and the release covers only those.
How does this work for models under 18?
A parent or guardian adds their name and signs on the model's behalf, and the signed PDF records who signed.
