Frequently asked questions

What goes in a coaching agreement?

The package and number of sessions, fees and refunds, rescheduling rules, confidentiality, a clear note that coaching is not therapy, and how either side ends it.

Why does a coaching contract say it is not therapy?

It sets expectations and protects you. Coaching focuses on goals and action, and clients who need mental health care should see a licensed professional.

Can clients sign before the first session?

Yes. Send the link after a discovery call. Clients pick their package and sign, and the signed PDF is saved for both of you.
