This agreement is between [Babysitter name] (the "Sitter") and the parent named in this form.
- Rate. The parent pays [hourly rate] an hour, plus [amount] for each extra child, with a minimum of [number] hours.
- Payment. Payment is due at the end of each job by [cash, app or other method].
- Cancellations. Cancelling less than [number] hours before a job costs [cancellation fee].
- Late return. If the parent returns more than [number] minutes late, the rate becomes [late rate] an hour.
- Safety rules. The Sitter follows the parent's rules on food, screens, bedtime and visitors, and never leaves the children alone.
- Emergencies. If the parent cannot be reached, the Sitter may call 911 and the emergency contact in this form.
