1. The Reuily service
Reuily provides tools to create, publish and manage online forms, collect responses, review analytics and connect form data to supported services. Some features use artificial intelligence to help create a form from your instructions.
We may improve, add, remove or change features over time. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change significantly reduces a paid service you are actively using.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where you live to create an account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.
- Workspace owners and administrators control member access, roles and organization data.
Tell us promptly at support@reuily.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your forms and content
You keep ownership of the forms, questions, branding, uploads and other content you submit to Reuily. You give Reuily a limited, worldwide right to host, copy, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide, protect and improve the service.
You are responsible for your forms, the information you request and how you use responses. You must have the permissions, notices and lawful basis needed to collect and use respondent information. Reuily does not become the owner of your form responses.
Public forms can be accessed by anyone who has their link. Do not place confidential information in form titles, questions, images or other public form content unless you intend it to be public.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Reuily to:
- break the law, violate another person's rights or encourage unlawful activity;
- phish, impersonate, defraud, mislead or collect passwords, authentication codes or financial account credentials;
- collect full payment card details directly in ordinary Reuily fields;
- upload malware or interfere with the security, availability or normal operation of the service;
- send spam, facilitate abusive messaging or evade reasonable usage and security limits;
- collect highly sensitive or regulated information unless your agreement with Reuily expressly supports that use;
- publish content that is exploitative, threatening, hateful, sexually abusive or otherwise seriously harmful.
We may investigate reported forms and restrict or remove content that violates these terms. You can report a form through our abuse reporting page.
5. AI form generation
Reuily's AI form generator creates a draft form from the instructions you provide. Generated forms can be incomplete, inaccurate, not unique or unsuitable for your intended use. Review and test every generated form before publishing or sharing it.
You are responsible for the instructions you provide, the generated form content you choose to use and any decisions you make based on it. Do not rely on a form generated by AI as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice, or as the sole basis for a decision that materially affects a person's rights or opportunities.
6. Electronic signatures
Signatures collected through Reuily are electronic signatures that comply with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS) and the UK Electronic Communications Act 2000. They have the same legal effect and evidential value as electronic signatures under those laws.
Every signature is provable. Before signing, the signer consents to sign electronically and is told what is recorded. Reuily keeps a tamper-evident record of what was signed, who signed it, when and from which device, so any later change can be detected. The signer and the form creator can each obtain a signed copy, and anyone holding it can verify that it is unaltered.
You are responsible for ensuring an electronic signature is appropriate for your document and for retaining signed records as required by law. Do not use Reuily signatures for documents that legally require a handwritten or qualified signature, a witness or a notary, such as wills or court documents. Reuily is not a party to signed agreements and does not provide legal advice.
7. Free plan, subscriptions and payment
Paid self-service plans are sold to you by Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”), which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Polar processes checkout, payment, applicable sales taxes, invoices and receipts, refunds, and payment disputes. Your right to use Reuily remains governed by these Terms, while your purchase through Polar is also governed by the Polar Buyer Terms and Polar Privacy Policy. The price, currency, tax treatment and billing interval shown at checkout form part of your purchase.
Reuily offers a Free plan with the limits shown on our pricing page. The Free plan has no time limit and does not require a payment method. We may change the Free plan's limits with reasonable notice. Paid plans have no free trial and begin billing when you complete checkout. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew each year until canceled. The checkout shows the selected billing interval and charge before you confirm.
You can manage or cancel a self-service subscription from Settings using the billing tools provided through Polar. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so you retain paid features until then. Your organization then moves to the Free plan. Refund requests and payment disputes are handled by Polar under the Polar Buyer Terms and applicable law; Polar may approve a refund in accordance with those terms. For help with Reuily access or delivery, contact support@reuily.com. For transaction support, contact support@polar.sh.
We may change future prices with advance notice. A price change applies from a later renewal and does not change a period you have already paid for.
8. Integrations and external services
You may connect Reuily to services such as Google Sheets or webhooks configured by the customer. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. You authorize Reuily to exchange the information needed to perform the connection you enable.
We are not responsible for an external service, its availability or what happens to data after it is delivered to a destination you selected.
9. Reuily property and feedback
Reuily and its licensors own the service, software, design, documentation and related intellectual property. These terms give you a limited right to use the service while your account remains in good standing. That right is not exclusive and cannot be transferred.
If you voluntarily send us feedback, you allow Reuily to use it to develop and improve the service without payment.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Reuily at any time. Canceling paid renewal preserves paid features until the paid billing deadline, with no cancellation grace. Failed paid renewals keep the paid plan's limits for 21 days. When a paid plan ends, your organization moves to the Free plan: your forms keep accepting responses and your stored data is kept, but paid features stop and Free plan limits apply. If we restrict or suspend access under this section, exports and attachment downloads are locked, and stored forms, responses and attachments are scheduled for deletion after 90 days unless access is restored. We send owner email notices before deletion. Shorter retention settings and explicit deletion requests still apply. You can delete your account from Settings, subject to any billing obligations and legally required retention.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, prevent abuse or address a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to correct the issue or appeal.
11. Service availability and warranties
We work to keep Reuily reliable and secure, but no online service is uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from infringement.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be waived.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Reuily is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities or data.
Reuily's total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Reuily for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
13. Disputes
Please contact legal@reuily.com first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. If an order form contains specific dispute, governing-law or forum terms, those terms control for that conflict. Otherwise, the governing law and forum are determined under applicable law.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. We will change the date shown at the top of this page and provide reasonable notice before a material update takes effect. If you continue to use Reuily after an update takes effect, the updated terms will apply to your use of the service.
Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@reuily.com.
