Frequently asked questions

What should an IT request form include?

The person's name and team, the type of request, how urgent it is, the device, a description, and a screenshot of any error. That's enough for most tickets to be fixed without a back and forth.

Can I use it instead of a help desk tool?

For a small team, yes. Every ticket is saved as a response, and you can send them to Google Sheets or a webhook to track status. Larger teams can push tickets into their help desk with a webhook.

How do staff find the form?

Pin the link in team chat, add it to your intranet, or print its QR code next to printers and meeting rooms.
