### What should a yoga waiver include?

Risks of the practice, heated room notes, consent for hands on adjustments, a health disclaimer, a release of liability and a signature. This template includes each one as a sample to start from, not legal advice.

### How do I get students to sign before class?

Share the link when they book, or put a QR code at the front desk so new students sign on their phone before they unroll their mat.

### Can I see who said no to adjustments?

Yes. Every response shows the student's answer, so teachers can check the list before class.
