Signing records the signer's consent, email, IP address, browser and signing time, and each signer can download a signed PDF copy.

## Talent release

Please read this before you sign.

This release is between **[Production company]** (the "Producer") and the person named in this form.

1. **Recording.** I let the Producer film, photograph and record me, including my name, likeness, voice and performance, for the production named above.
2. **Use.** The Producer may edit and use these recordings in the production and in its promotion, in any media, worldwide, for **[term, or without time limit]**.
3. **Compensation.** I receive the compensation listed above, if any, and nothing more for this use.
4. **Ownership.** The Producer owns the recordings. I will not be asked to approve the final cut.
5. **No other claims.** I release the Producer from claims related to the use of these recordings, including claims for privacy or publicity.
6. **Minors.** If the talent is under 18, I am their parent or legal guardian and I agree on their behalf.
