## Roommate agreement

Please read this before you sign.

Each roommate signs their own copy. This agreement is between the roommates living at the rental address in this form, and is kept on file by **[Landlord or housing manager]** (the "Manager").

1. **Rent.** I will pay my share of the rent shown in this form by the **[day]** of each month. This agreement does not change the lease with the Manager.
2. **Bills.** I will pay my share of the shared bills within **[number]** days of being asked.
3. **Deposit.** Any damage I or my guests cause will come out of my share of the **[security deposit]**.
4. **Chores and shared spaces.** I will do the chores I picked and keep shared spaces clean.
5. **Quiet hours and guests.** I will respect the quiet hours and guest limits in this form.
