Signing records the signer's consent, email, IP address, browser and signing time, and each signer can download a signed PDF copy.

## Location release

Please read this before you sign.

1. **Access.** The Producer and crew may enter the areas listed above with equipment on the filming dates, from **[start time]** to **[end time]**.
2. **Fee.** The Producer pays the fee listed above, if any, within **[number]** days of the last filming day.
