### What should a consulting agreement include?

The client's details, the project scope and deliverables, dates, fees and invoice terms, expenses, confidentiality, ownership of work and how to end it.

### How is this different from an independent contractor agreement?

Here the consultant sends the agreement and the client signs it. A contractor agreement is a business asking a contractor to sign.

### Can I attach my proposal?

Name your proposal in the bracketed services term and paste the key deliverables into the scope question, or add a file upload for it.
