Signing records the signer's consent, email, IP address, browser and signing time, and each signer can download a signed PDF copy.

2. **Worship.** I will take part in worship and church life as regularly as I can.
3. **Serve.** I will use my gifts to serve others in the Church and the community.

5. **Leadership.** I will support the Church's leaders and follow the **[bylaws or membership guide]**.
6. **Membership.** Membership continues until I ask to leave or the Church's leaders end it under the bylaws.
