## Bounce house rental agreement and waiver

Please read this before you sign.

This agreement is between **[Rental company]** (the "Company") and the customer named in this form.

1. **Rental.** The customer rents the inflatable above for **[total fee]**. A deposit of **[deposit]** reserves the date.
2. **Supervision.** A responsible adult watches the inflatable at all times it is in use. No more than **[number]** riders at once, grouped by size, with no shoes, food, drinks or sharp objects inside.
3. **Weather.** Riders get out and the blower is turned off in winds over **[number]** mph, rain or lightning. The Company may cancel or move the date for unsafe weather.
4. **Setup.** Only Company staff set up, anchor and take down the inflatable. The customer does not move it.
5. **Damage.** The customer pays for damage caused by misuse, pets, sharp objects, silly string or paint, at the cost of repair or replacement.
6. **Assumption of risk.** The customer understands that bouncing carries a risk of injury, accepts that risk for all riders, and releases the Company from claims except those caused by its own negligence.
7. **Cancellation.** Cancellations made at least **[number]** days before the party get back all payments except the deposit.
