## Bartending services agreement

Please read this before you sign.

This agreement is between **[Bartending company]** (the "Bar Service") and the client named in this form.

1. **Fee.** The client pays **[total fee]** for **[number]** bartenders and the service above. A deposit of **[deposit]** reserves the date and is not refundable.
2. **Supplies.** The party named above supplies the alcohol. The Bar Service brings bar tools and **[supplies included]**. The client provides ice, cups and mixers unless listed in the package.
3. **Responsible service.** Bartenders check ID, serve only guests 21 or older, and may refuse or stop service to anyone who appears intoxicated. Shots and self serve drinks are not allowed.
4. **Hours.** Service runs between the times above. Extra time is **[rate]** per bartender per hour.
5. **Venue and insurance.** The client confirms the venue allows alcohol service. The Bar Service carries liquor liability insurance of **[amount]**.
