## Babysitting agreement

Please read this before you sign.

This agreement is between **[Babysitter name]** (the "Sitter") and the parent named in this form.

1. **Rate.** The parent pays **[hourly rate]** an hour, plus **[amount]** for each extra child, with a minimum of **[number]** hours.
2. **Payment.** Payment is due at the end of each job by **[cash, app or other method]**.
3. **Cancellations.** Cancelling less than **[number]** hours before a job costs **[cancellation fee]**.
4. **Late return.** If the parent returns more than **[number]** minutes late, the rate becomes **[late rate]** an hour.
5. **Safety rules.** The Sitter follows the parent's rules on food, screens, bedtime and visitors, and never leaves the children alone.
6. **Emergencies.** If the parent cannot be reached, the Sitter may call 911 and the emergency contact in this form.
