## What is the difference between an app account and a destination?

An app account is a reusable authorization, such as a connected Google account. A destination is the spreadsheet tab or webhook endpoint attached to one specific form.

## What are accounts and destinations?

- **App account:** A reusable authorization, such as Google, that can be available in one or more workspaces.
- **Destination:** A spreadsheet tab or webhook endpoint attached to one form.

Making an app account available does not attach it to a form. Choose it from each form's Integrations tab and select a destination.

## How do I control workspace access?

- **Current workspace:** Members can use the account only where it was connected.
- **Selected workspaces:** Organization admins choose the workspaces that can use it.
- **All organization workspaces:** The account is available in every current and future workspace in the organization.

Removing workspace access pauses destinations in that workspace. Restore access before turning them back on.

## What can I manage after connecting an app?

- Connect multiple accounts for the same app, on a paid plan.
- Add destinations to a form: one per app on Free, up to 3 Google Sheets and 1 webhook on Pro, and as many as you need on Business.
- Pause a destination without deleting its setup.
- Remove an unused account after its destinations are removed.

## Common questions

### Does sharing an app account connect it to every form?

No. Sharing only makes the account available. A member must still attach a destination to each form.

### Can I connect multiple accounts for the same app?

Yes, on a paid plan. The Free plan includes one connected account, and paid plans can connect as many as you need. Choose the right one when you create each form destination.
