## How do I use Reuily from ChatGPT, Claude or another AI agent?

Add Reuily as a connector with the server URL https://reuily.com/api/mcp, sign in, pick a workspace and approve what the agent may do. The agent can then build draft forms, publish them when you ask and read responses, with your role's permissions.

## How do I connect an AI agent?

1. **Add a connector:** In ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, VS Code or another agent that supports MCP, add a custom connector (also called an MCP server) with the URL https://reuily.com/api/mcp.
2. **Sign in to Reuily:** The agent opens Reuily. Sign in with your usual account.
3. **Choose a workspace:** Pick the workspace the agent should work in and review the permissions it asks for.
4. **Approve and ask:** Approve, then ask the agent in plain words, for example "Create a customer feedback form with a rating and an email question".

Server URL: `https://reuily.com/api/mcp`

## What can the agent do?

- **Find forms:** Look up forms and templates in the workspace you chose.
- **Create drafts:** Build new forms as unpublished drafts and send you the link to review.
- **Edit drafts:** Change a draft that has no responses yet.
- **Add images:** Put images on questions, answer choices and pages, from links you give it.
- **Publish when asked:** Publish or unpublish a form, and give it a custom link, only when you ask.
- **Read results:** Read responses, quiz scores, lead levels and results, filtered by date or answer.

## Which permissions does it get?

You choose the permissions when you approve the agent. It also keeps your role: a viewer's connection can read but not change forms.

- `forms:read`: See your forms and the template library.
- `forms:write`: Create, update and publish forms.
- `responses:read`: Read responses and results for your forms.

## How do I disconnect an agent?

Go to **Settings**, then **Security**. Under **Connected AI agents**, choose **Disconnect** next to the agent. It loses access straight away.

## Common questions

### Which plans include AI agents?

Every plan, including Free. The agent works with the same limits and features as your plan.

### Can I use an agent with more than one workspace?

Yes. Each connection works in the one workspace you pick when approving it, so an agent never mixes workspaces by mistake. To work in another workspace, connect again and pick it. Every connection is listed under Settings, Security, Connected AI agents.

### Will the agent publish forms or change live forms on its own?

Reuily creates forms as drafts and tells agents to publish only when you ask. Published forms and forms with responses can't be replaced by an agent, so collected answers stay intact.

### Why does the approval screen say "Unverified app"?

Reuily names an agent only when it can confirm where the agent sends you back, as with ChatGPT and Claude. Any other MCP client can still connect; check the address shown before you approve.

### Why do I have to connect again?

A connection stops working when you disconnect it, when your access to the workspace changes, or after 30 days without use.
